    Application takes approximately 3 to 5 hours. Comfortable, with breaks. Bring headphones and a book.

  4. Aftercare guidance

    We walk you through washing, brushing, sleeping and maintenance before you leave. Plus a written guide.

  5. Maintenance appointments

    Maintenance is required every 3 months for both tape-in and keratin bond extensions.

    I had an amazing experience at Sisters Hair Extensions! Cornelia did such a fantastic job with my keratin bond extensions and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Even though my hair is quite thin, she took her time to make sure everything was placed perfectly and gave me so much natural-looking volume.     I got Kirtan Bond Extensions done and all I can say is wow 10 out of 10 for me from the beginning to the end. The way my hair extensions were put in with being professional the results and at the end results love them.     Keratin bonds typically last 9 - 18 months with proper care. After that, we recommend professional removal and refitting. The bonds don't slide out — they need to be professionally removed with heat and bond remover.

  • How often do tape-in extensions need maintenance?

    Every 3 months. We move the wefts up as your natural hair grows, and re-tape them. The same hair can be reused for 9 – 12 months before needing replacement.

  • Will extensions damage my natural hair?

    When applied by Madalina or Cornelia and properly maintained, no. We care about our clients and personally assess, custom-blend, and apply all extensions to ensure they sit safely without damage. We examine your hair type before fitting and recommend the healthiest method for you.

  • How much do hair extensions cost in London?

    Prices vary by method, length, and volume. Keratin bonds are £400 - £700 per session depending on length, tape-ins start from £250. We give you a clear quote at your free consultation — no hidden fees.
