1. Services

We provide hair extension application, maintenance, and removal services. Pricing is determined per consultation based on the chosen method, hair length, volume, and colour matching.

2. Bookings

Consultations are free. Application appointments require a deposit to secure the booking. The deposit is deducted from the final price.

3. Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Aftercare

The longevity of extensions depends on proper aftercare. We provide full aftercare guidance at your appointment. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.

5. Liability

Hair extension application is generally safe when performed by a certified specialist. We assess suitability at consultation and will not proceed if extensions are not appropriate for your hair.
