Mădălina is the older sister and the reason Sisters' Hair Extensions exists. She trained formally in both keratin bond and tape-in techniques and started taking private clients from her home in Dagenham before the practice grew.

Eight years on, Mădălina fits both methods — strand-by-strand keratin bonds for clients who want maximum length and discretion, and tape-ins for clients who want volume quickly. In 2025, she was recognised as a finalist for hair extensions in the Redbridge area — reflecting consistent results and client referrals rather than flashy marketing.

Cornelia

Keratin Bond & Tape-In Specialist · Co-founder

Cornelia is the younger sister and brings the eye for colour and detail to the practice. She joined five years ago after watching Mădălina build a loyal client base and wanting to be part of it.

Cornelia is also certified and experienced in both keratin bond and tape-in techniques. She fits tape-ins — the faster, more flexible method that suits clients who want volume quickly or like to change their look seasonally — and handles complex colour matching across both methods.

Specialism: Keratin bond extensions, tape-in extensions, colour matching, volume transformations, regular maintenance clients.

Our approach

We started Sisters' Hair Extensions because too many clients came to us after bad experiences elsewhere — visible bonds, mismatched colour, hair that didn't feel like their own. We do it differently.

  • Every client starts with a real conversation. Not a sales pitch — a 15–20 minute consultation where we look at your hair and tell you honestly what's possible.
  • We won't fit extensions if they're not right for your hair. Some clients are better served by a haircut, a colour change, or by waiting until their hair is in better condition.
  • We never upsell. If you came in for tape-ins, you leave with tape-ins — even if keratin bonds would pay us more.
  • We match method, hair and colour carefully. Multiple shade blends, hand-selected hair, and an obsession with the finish.
  • You'll see the same sister every time. We don't pass clients between stylists. Continuity matters.
